I am a YNAB Certified Budgeting Coach, which means that I have been trained to coach people on using YNAB software and the YNAB budgeting method. I have met select requirements of You Need a Budget LLC in order to receive this certification, which means that I have the ability to competently coach YNAB to others. Professional Services Disclaimer:

The Services provided to the Client by Coach involve (a) understanding and evaluating Client’s individual, household, and/or business cash-flow, including needs, goals, and resources, (b) assisting the Client in developing a budget or other strategy that meets Client’s goals, and (c) assisting the Client in using tools and resources, as determined by the Coach, to implement the budget or strategy. The Services also include, but are not limited to, brainstorming techniques, identifying action plans, assigning tasks, suggesting follow-up procedures to maintain motivation, recommending courses of action the Client may consider taking, educating the Client, and answering questions. Coach does not provide any legal advice, of any kind, at any time. During the Services, Coach may share information and/or independent research on stocks, funds, insurance products, and other services using outside sources believed by Coach to be accurate. In no case should said provided data be construed as a solicitation to buy or sell a particular issue or product. While investments may be discussed during the sessions, it is not the intention of the Coach to provide investment advice. Client is advised to consider a personal financial planner or personal financial advisor for such advice. The services provided by Coach are not a replacement for financial advisory or planning services. The Services are provided with the understanding that the Coach is not engaged to render legal, accounting, investing, or other professional advice requiring specialized training and licensing. Coach may be able to provide Client with an appropriate referral when an issue is beyond the Services’ boundaries and limitations. 

 

Refund, Cancellation, Dispute, and Currency Policy:

Services will be provided by Coach in the form of thirty to ninety minute phone or videoconference sessions. Client and/or Coach will schedule any phone or video meetings through Coach’s identified platform and will receive an electronic calendar invitation with meeting details. The time period for each Session will commence at the start time listed on the electronic calendar invitation. Coach requires at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice for the rescheduling of any previously scheduled Session(s). Should Client fail to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice with a request to reschedule a Session, that Session will be considered to be a missed Session unless otherwise waived by Coach. Any and all reschedules, for any reason, at any time, are subject to the availability of the Coach. The number of reschedules allotted to Client is dependent on the service package selected by the Client and as described in the formal Financial Coaching Agreement made between Coach and Client. Coach reserves the right to charge the full amount for a missed Session(s) by the Client. After two (2) instances of Client missing a Session(s), Coach reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the Service Package, with no obligation to refund Client for any amount paid to Coach. In the event Coach is unable to attend a previously scheduled Session(s), Coach agrees to notify Client as soon as possible and provide opportunity for the Client to receive a no-cost rescheduling or a refund in the amount of the prorated cost of the Session(s). In the event a Service Package is canceled by Coach for any reason other than Client missing scheduled Session(s), Coach will refund the Client the total prorated cost of the remaining Session(s) of the Service Package. Refunds issued for any reason may be processed through a third-party payment processing platform and are subject to the deduction of third-party processing fees. A period of several days to weeks may pass prior to the refund being credited to the Client’s credit card or charge account. Any notice, demand, dispute, or request which may be or is required to be given shall be in writing, delivered either by electronic mail or by printed document delivered in person or by postal service. Notice via electronic mail can be sent to the Coach at the electronic email address link provided on this website or through this website's "Contact" page. The Coach currently accepts U.S. Dollars to provide the coaching services.

10. THIRD-PARTY CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER

We utilize the services of CoachVantage Private Limited ("CoachVantage") as a third-party customer relation manager to assist us with the booking of appointments with clients and prospective clients and to store and retrieve data submitted to us through forms and surveys. Clients and prospective clients may be asked to create a client portal on CoachVantage's platforms. Retrieval and deletion of data through CoachVantage is subject to the policies of CoachVantage. If the user does not agree to Coach Vantage's privacy policy, the user should not book services with New Trajectories LLC.
